I have been exclusively breastfeeding Luna for three and a half months now and if I've learned anything it's that water and supply/energy boosting snacks are a must have for any nursing momma. This is my third time breastfeeding and it has definitely been my most successful attempt thanks to these little bites full of supply boosting ingredients like flax seeds, oats, and healthy fats. Breastfeeding in itself is a hard task, so whipping up a snack that also ups your supply should be super easy! While nursing I don't just get hungry, I get hannnngryyyyyyy and snack time cannot wait. These no-bake treats are easy to prepare in under ten minutes and everyone in the whole family will enjoy them. My kids love helping me mix all of the ingredients together and I love that they are enjoying a healthy snack disguised as desert. Everyone is happy!
The best part about these bites is that they are so easy to customize! You can add all kinds of mix-ins to really make them your own. My kids have named these the pb&j flavor because of the peanut butter and dried berries, but you could add dates, nuts, and even almond butter to name a few.  
2 cups peanut butter
2 cups rolled oats
2 tbsp raw honey
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/4 cup dried berries
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1 tsp vanilla

In a bowl mix all of your ingredients together with a wooden spoon until well combined.
Roll 2 tablespoon sized balls out in your hand and then place on parchment paper. Place in the refrigerator to set or enjoy right away. I know sometimes snacking can't wait! After your bites have set transfer them to an airtight container and enjoy for up to two weeks...if they last that long!
